L. Walter Breaks of Crawfordsville has announced his candidacy for membership on the state board of agriculture. This is the board composed of 16 members one from each district in the state. The man who represents this district recently moved from Hendricks Co to Indianapolis and is ineligible to continue as a member of the board. Mr. Breaks after careful study of the situation decide that he could be elected and at once announced himself as a candidate. He has had experience in matters of the sort that will come before the board and at present is president of the Montgomery Co fair Association. -- kbz
